A family password manager helps you and your family stay safe online by securing your passwords and other sensitive information in encrypted digital vaults. You can easily access your password manager from your phone, desktop or any other internet-connected device by inputting your master password – the only password you have to remember.
When you sign up for a Keeper Family account, you and your family members will get your own Keeper account and personal vault, with up to five vaults in all. You will be able to securely share passwords and other digital assets with each other.
With a Keeper family account, your family will not be able to see or access your passwords. The only information they can see is what you share with them. For example, if you share your streaming account log-in with a family member, then they will be able to see and access your credentials for that account. You also have the ability to allow family members to edit and/or share your passwords with others. Your family will not have access to, or be able to see, the credentials for your personal accounts unless you have shared them.
Keeper cares about your family’s protection which is why Keeper’s family password manager is equipped with the highest level of security. All encryption and decryption occurs locally on the user’s device when the master password is entered. To put it simply, only you and your family can access your passwords – no one, not even the employees at Keeper, can access your vault.
